Meine Arbeit verbindet Tanz und politischen Diskurs mit intensiver Körperlichkeit und bewegt sich zwischen NRW, Hamburg, Berlin, München und seit 2020 international. Die Stücke entstehen aus queer-feministischen Position und zusammen mit den Menschen, mit denen ich arbeite. Die Ästhetiken sind inspiriert von Popkultur, Science Fiction, Activism, Spielfilmen, Horror-Genre und der Bildenden Kunst und überzeugen das Publikum durch starke Bilder, tänzerische Virtuosität, inhaltliche und choreografische Prägnanz und atmosphärische Dichte. Künstlerischer Access und integrierte Audiodeskription sind Teil meiner Arbeit. In Koproduktion mit Kampnagel und der Tanzfaktur Köln habe ich BARE BODIES 2017, BLUE MOON 2018, WITCHES 2019, REVENANTS 2020 und FUX 2021 – ein Stück für jungens Publikum mit- und ohne Sehbeeinträchtigungen produziert und werde COSMICBODIES 2022 – ein Stück zu alienbodies und extreme othering produzieren und zeigen. Ich hatte das DanceWeb-Stipendium beim Vienna Impuls Dance Festival und die 8-monatige Residency bei K3 2012. Seit 2010 Ich bin Teil des Künstlerkollektivs TREFFEN TOTAL. 2019-21 erhielt ich die Konzeptionsförderung der Stadt Hamburg, 2021 und 22 die Strukturförderung Diehl & Ritter Tanzpakt Reconnect, 2021 die 3-Jahres-Förderung vom Fonds Daku. Aktuell erforsche ich Accesspraktiken, um die Interessen und Spektren der Wahrnehmung des Publikums mit- und ohne Beeinträchtigungen und Benachteiligungen zu verbinden und zu erweitern. Seit 2019 arbeite ich mit künstlerischer Audiodeskription. 

My work combines dance and political discourse with intense physicality and moves between NRW, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and, since 2020, internationally. The pieces arise from a queer-feminist position and together with the people I work with. The aesthetics are inspired by pop culture, science fiction, activism, movies, the horror genre and the visual arts. They convince the audience with strong images, dance virtuosity, content and choreographic conciseness and atmospheric density. Artistic access and integrated audio description are part of my work. 

In coproduction with Kampnagel and Tanzfaktur Cologne I have produced BARE BODIES 2017, BLUE MOON 2018, WITCHES 2019, REVENANTS 2020 and FUX 2021 - a piece for young audiences with- and without visual impairments and I will produce and show COSMICBODIES 2022 - a piece about alienbodies and extreme othering. I had the DanceWeb scholarship at the Vienna Impuls Dance Festival and the 8-month residency at K3 in 2012. Since 2010 I’m part of the artist collective TREFFEN TOTAL. I’m currently researching and implementing access practices in my work in order to connect and expand the interests and spectra of the audience's perception with and without impairments or disadvantages. Since 2019 I have been working with artistic audio description and last year in the research project SPOKEN DANCE.
